AgentsCompany is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Disconnect a device you no longer use on your account page.

Your bots and the AI services they use

Your bots run the AI tools you sign in to yourself (such as Claude Code, Codex or Grok), under those services' own terms and limits. You are responsible for what you ask your bots to do and for the accounts and data you give them access to.

Plans and payments

The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is a one-time purchase: you keep Pro on the app versions released during its year of updates, and the first 500 buyers (founders) get updates for life. The cloud plans are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, renewed automatically until you cancel; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. If a payment fails, the plan's extras stop until it goes through.

The cloud plans' free trial is once per person: one per account, per card and per Mac. A trial started again with a card or a Mac that already had one ends right away.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Cloud companies

A cloud company sleeps when its bots are idle and wakes on its own. Fair use: plans are sized for a company that works part of the day; one that stays awake almost all month, or that strains the shared servers, may be asked to move to a bigger plan.

When a cloud plan ends, its companies stop waking up. We keep their data for 30 days so you can subscribe again or take your files out; after that it is deleted.

Acceptable use

Do not use AgentsCompany to break the law, to harm others, or to attack, overload or abuse other services.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AgentsCompany is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
