What this covers

This policy covers the AgentsCompany website (agentscompany.ai) and the account you use to sign in to the AgentsCompany app.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not get access to your Gmail, Drive or any other Google data through this sign-in.

For each device you sign in on we keep a session: when it was created, the IP address and the browser or app that created it. This lets you see and disconnect your devices on your account page.

If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, when you joined and when you confirmed it, only to send you the confirmation email and to tell you when the download is ready. Write to support@agentscompany.ai and we remove it.

Your bots' work stays with you

Your bots, conversations and files live on your own Mac or on the server you choose. Signing in does not upload them to us. If you create a company in our Cloud, it runs on our servers at Hetzner in a computer of its own, and its files and conversations are kept there for you.

Site logins and app connections

Passwords and two-factor keys you save for a bot, and the tokens of the apps you connect, are kept by the AgentsCompany service and encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Bots never receive them: the service fills in the login page itself and masks them in anything it sends back to a bot.

On your Mac or your own server the encryption key stays on that machine. In our Cloud the key is kept by our server software outside your company's disk, so disk backups hold only encrypted data. While your company is running, the key is in its memory so your bots can sign in on their own.

Saved site logins never leave the machine they were saved on: moving a company to another machine leaves them behind, and you add them again there.

How we use it

Only to sign you in, show your account and plan, keep your devices connected and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

The website runs on Vercel and the account database on Neon (Postgres). Resend sends our emails, such as the waitlist confirmation. They store this data on our behalf. Google handles the sign-in itself under its own privacy policy.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time on agentscompany.ai/account. This removes your account and every session at once.
